Cancellation Policy

By booking a service with Caters4U, the client, for themselves and all passengers in their party, acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this policy. This document outlines the terms and conditions for all services provided by Caters4U. I. Reservations and Payment Booking: All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card on file. Payment: The credit card on file will be charged for the full quoted fare, plus any applicable overtime, wait time, or other fees, upon completion of the service, unless a prepayment arrangement has been made. Gratuity: Chauffeur gratuity is not included on the final invoice. Clients are welcome to provide a cash tip directly to the chauffeur or request that a gratuity be added to their credit card payment. Extra Stops: Any unplanned stops must be pre-approved by the chauffeur and may incur additional charges. II. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. However, our vehicles and chauffeurs are committed to your reservation, and late cancellations represent a significant loss to our business. Standard Cancellation (24+ Hours): To cancel or reschedule a ride without penalty, you must call our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged 50% of the quoted fare. Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 2 Hours): We cannot accept a cancellation request within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations requested within this window will be charged the full 100% of the quoted fare. No-Show: A "no-show" (a passenger who is not at the pick-up location within the allotted grace period) will be charged the full 100% of the quoted fare. III. Wait Time and Overtime Grace Period: We provide a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pick-up time for all non-airport transfers. For domestic airport arrivals, a 30-minute grace period is provided; for international arrivals, a 60-minute grace period is provided. Wait Time: Once the grace period has elapsed, wait time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's standard hourly rate. Overtime: If your ride extends beyond the pre-booked time, overtime charges will apply, billed in 30-minute increments. IV. Vehicle Cleaning and Damage Policy We maintain our vehicles in immaculate condition. The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is returned in the same condi
